Congratulations to my clients D&T for closing on their Sanchez Property.  Their property was a two unit building in trendy Noe Valley.  The home has been in the family for over 70 years and is in need of some love. Listed: $995,000.00 ------> Sold: $1,485,000.00

The combination of a vacant, two-unit 'fixer upper' in Noe Valley is what drove the price to its eventual selling price.  Over the course of five open houses, about 650 people came through to look at the property. This is an amazing turnout!
