You know when you cross paths with someone that is meant to be in your life? Well, I had the good fortune to meet Trudi Michael at an open house in the Bayview in San Francisco on March 19, 2022. It was here where I felt an immediate sisterhood with this woman that literally embraced me during a time of despair. I was a lifelong renter in SF and had just learned that my building was going to be sold. Trudi helped me through many challenges I faced as a first-time home buyer, with a priority to stay in SF as a native of this beautiful city. Not only did Trudi school me on the real estate market and its pros/cons, but she also supported my learning about what I wanted in a place to call my own.
