2024 in Review

Another year in the books! We kicked things off big with our biggest transaction to date, a grand Pacific Heights manse with exquisite details. The hits kept coming, and in the end we achieved $17.2M in sales volume.

We had the privilege of working with many amazing clients and sold 16 truly stellar properties, including a stylish Art Deco pied-a-terre on Nob Hill, a chic Midcentury Eichler co-op, and a quaint bungalow perched high in Noe Valley. Remarkably, this year we saw organic growth in our Sacramento business, with eight transactions, balanced with seven in San Francisco and one couple who purchased in Antioch, in the California Delta. We also helped a Bay Area agent with her clients’ purchase in Davis, and referred our Sacramento buyers find an agent to sell their New Hampshire home. We love helping people with their real estate journeys, wherever they may lead.

What’s more, we maintaned our position of being in the top 5% of agents and teams in San Francisco in 2024.
