A longtime friend of dpaul and Sean’s reached out a couple years ago to have a conversation about Sacramento. She had lived in the Bay Area off and on for a long time, with occasional sojourns to Southern California and Hawaii. She was eager to settle down and finally make an investment in a home of her own. In the end, she found a rental by way of a family friend. It was the right move at the right time, allowing her a chance to get the lay of the land and decide whether Sacramento really was the place for her.

Fast forward to this year, and she had made up her mind — to buy the house she had been renting. The landlord lives on the East Coast, and was no longer interested in being a remote owner, so opportunity presented itself. She reached out to us once again, and we helped seal the deal. Working with our financing team, she got her money lined up, and the rest went like clockwork.

While not palatial, this home has everything she needs. Plus, she’s well established in her neighborhood, with many friends nearby, and some tantalizing new businesses opening along the nearby Stockton Street corridor. We’re so excited for her.
